Got the chance to play with my stash during the week but I was able to finally take a photo of it today. I had been busy with work and guess what, I was requested to work for 7 days a week. STINKS!!!!
Oh well, I just wish I can squeeze in some scrappy time for the next couple of days.
So lets get it on since I am still at work :P
This layout was inspired by the new amazing community that I read from Iris blog, The Color Box. At first I was hesitant because I am just too busy lately and cant afford to spend time to other sites aside from my DT communities. But WOW, I was blown away with their site. Great inspiration and amazing designers. Totally amazing. Seeing their works just makes me want to scrap all the time.

So here is their 1st Color Palette Challenge:
This was really a challenge to me since I am not a huge fan of pastel colors. Made it more challenging when I tried to differ from my usual linear style. It was fun doing this layout.
The photo of my cute 4yr old niece, Juliana, was perfect for the color scheme of their challenge. She looks so sweet in there. Love her to death!

Most of the materials I've used on this one is from YourScrapbookStash Store. The papers are the NEW line from American Crafts, LETTERBOX. I have also used their NEW Thickers BUMBLE.
Cardstock: Bazzill
Patterned Papers: American Craft's Letterbox
Alpha: AC Thickers Salutations and Bumble
Overlay: Hambly Screen Prints
Paint: Shimmerz Vibez (Sunset Strip), Blingz (Hottie Pink), Shimmerz Paint (Blueberry Cobbler)
Rub-ons: Kaisercraft and Pink Paislee
Felt and Flower: Prima
Others: Chipboard, Ranger distress ink and crackle paint, ribbon, gems and sticker from my stash
The background was made by putting a screen over the cardstock and sprayed with Shimmerz Vibez randomly. Love the effect of it on the overall design
The chipboard was covered with Distress Crackle Paint and was painted with Shimmerz Blingz
Thanks for dropping by! I apologize if you haven't seen me on yourblogs lately. Will try my best to drop by soon
