Nook Layout (part 1)

Happy Tuesday!

It was the other day that I mentioned I have so much catching up to do with my scrapbooking and luckily out of all those assignments, I managed to finish 6 layouts already. I have a lot more to go but I am pretty sure that it will be achievable by next week.

It was indeed a great feeling. I have missed it so much after what happened to me and my family. The depression was so hard but I knew that scrapbooking will be a great therapy, and it was. I love spending hours on a page. Adding details, a lot of intricate work and playing with gorgeous products. The hours I spent just hand cutting some patterns helps me relax and keeps me at peace.

With this layout I am about to show you, I spent nearly 5 long hours doing it. The design is simple but the hand cutting took forever. I just love the border and flower patterns that came with some of Crate Paper's Restoration line. I spent hours cutting all of it, every single detail. I am so glad that this collection is My Scrapbook Nook's September kit.

"Delightful" layout by LG Belarmino- My Scrapbook Nook September Kit: Crate Paper Restoration paper line, layered chipboards, brads, and Stickers. Others: AC Thickers from my stash and Martha Stewart's butterfly punch.

The photo I have used used on this page was taken last month. I love her cute little expression here. She is looks very delightful hence the title. Like scrapbooking, she is definitely one of those person I look forward seeing everyday. She makes all my problems go away and makes everything alright.

Thanks for dropping by! Don't forget to check out this gorgeous kit from one of the best scrapbook kit clubs.
