I am getting the hang of it

So I don't do cards that often but lately, I have been trying to involve myself more with cardmaking. I got most of my inspiration from My Scrapbook Nook cards activities at the forum. The card section offers a variety of challenges, techniques and ideas. The examples from the DTs, as well as the members, are beyond gorgeous. They made me want to hone my cardmaking skills.

Here is a card that I made using the Nook Feb kit. I played with layering and fussy cutting here. It has a romantic feel to it that I found perfect for an "I Love You" sentiment.

I would like to invite you all to checkout My Scrapbook Nook's CARDS section here.

I never used to do cards much and then all of a sudden... wham!

It's fun to create them in between bigger projects. : ) The Nook has awesome inspiration - love it there!!!
