My First Double Page Layout

I have tried my best to avoid this double pager since I started this hobby. It is not because it's hard to do but because I just think that when it is placed in an album, it will not really look like a complete spread. But for the sake of trying and to challenge myself to do something new, I made one using my ScrapbookDeals4U June Kit - Kioshi line.
This is a layout of me and my Scrappy BFF Cathy. The photos were taken late last year but I have forgotten to scrap it. It is always a fun experience scrapping with her and I thought the BG Kioshi line will be perfect for this fun photos.

Here are some of the details of this page:

When I embellish my page I often clutter them in one corner. Here I have combined several stickers, chipboards and the big Prima flower. I altered the flower by adding Shimmerz paints, stickles and Glossy accent to it. I added a few small drops of Glossy Accent to add some water droplets look on it, making the flower look fresh and realistic.

altered the chipboard flower here too by adding Liquid Pearls
