BasicGrey LOs

Good day to you all!

I have been a bad blogger lately and failed to update my blog. I know I was online almost everyday but I was not in the mood to write anything during those time but was in the mood of scrapping.

Anyway, I was very inspired with one of my friend's challenges over her blog (Vicki), to use only BasicGrey products. I told her that I would love to join her since I too love BG stuff and I have a few on my stash that I had been ignoring for a few months.

Here are some of my creations using BasicGrey's Porcelain Collection Pack:

I decided to create a basic and simple LO that I am not used too. I think you noticed that I am more on the detailed work so with this one, I lessen it and I cutout the word "GIRL"from a felt cloth and cutout the glasses Hannah is wearing from a leftover red cardstock and adhere it directly to the photograph.

With this LO, I used the sketch #52 over at Creative Scrappers by Kristine Davidson and was inspired by the movie Labyrinth and Ms. Jane Jones.

I have submitted both LO on to BasicGrey's Idea Gallery already and both got accepted. I really love all their collection packs and just wish I can have them all but budget is tight lately. How I wish they can sponsor me LOL.

So before I leave you today, I would also like to share with you a blog award that I got from a very talented friend, Aphra, the Friends Blog Award.

These blogs are exceedingly charming. These kind bloggers aim to find and be friends. They are not interested in self-aggrandizement. Our hope is that when the ribbons of these prizes are cut, even more friendships are propagated. Please give more attention to these writers. Deliver this award to five bloggers who must choose eight more and include this cleverly-written text into the body of their award.

I would love to share this blog award to some of my new followers to show how much I appreciate each and everyone of you.

1. Ilyn
2. Jessica
3. Stephanie Rachel
4. Kris
5. Maureen

To my 5 friends listed above, Cut and paste the award logo and use it in your own blog. Nominate 5 to 10 blogs you feel show great attitude and gratitude. Link to your nominees within your blog post. Comment on their blogs to let them know they've received the award. Link back to the person who gave you the award to show your appreciation.

Sorry if I cannot include everybody, that will take me forever but I would like to thank each and everyone of you who visits my blog regularly or not. I appreciate all your support and lovely comments. I always try my best to visit all of your blogs as much as I can. I love reading all about your life, your creations and your family. Thank you to all of you. Just feel free to leave a comment anytime.

Till next time sweeties
